Buy to Let Mortgage Range expanded

Stroud & Swindon, the 15th largest Building Society in the UK, has today unveiled five new products in its buy-to-let range, including a ‘best buy’ two-year fixed rate mortgage at 5.29%. 
 
As these new deals include two, three and five year fixed rate mortgages as well as a flexible term tracker and a three year discount mortgage, landlords have a wide selection of products to choose from.   All of these deals are available via Stroud & Swindon’s website (www.stroudandswindon.co.uk), branches, telephone or intermediaries.

Product Details:

  • Buy-to-let 2-year Fixed Rate Mortgage 5.29%
  • Buy-to-let 3-year Fixed Rate Mortgage 5.85% 
  • Buy-to-let 5-year Fixed Rate Mortgage 6.15% 
  • Buy-to-let Flexible Term Tracker Mortgage BOE base rate + 0.89% 
  • Buy-to-let 3-year Discount Mortgage 2.20% discount from BTL SVR

• Fixed at 0.89% above the BOE base rate to term of the product.

• No early redemption charge.
• £799 completion fee.

• Fixed at 2.20% discount from the BTL SVR until 31 May 2010, then BTL SVR minus 0.5% for remaining term of product.
• Maximum loan to value (75%).

• Free valuation and free legals available on remortgage.
