We now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic customer service focused, sales person at our customer contact centre.
You will be taking calls and responding to queries regarding Savings, Mortgages and Insurance from both new and existing customers. Ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided through recognising customer needs, you will also identify customers to refer to specialist colleagues for further information. All customers must receive an outstanding level of service.
You should have good keyboard skills, with knowledge of Word and Excel, and have previous customer service experience, preferably within the Financial Services sector. Some knowledge of Savings, Mortgages and Investments and previous Contact Centre experience is highly desirable.
There are different levels available depending on experience.
Mortgage Sales Consultant
Within our customer contact centre, an opportunity now exists for a new sales person, depending on experience.
The job holder will achieve business targets by fulfilling all opportunities to sell direct products and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will need to be self disciplined and motivated with 6 months experience in a customer facing or financial services role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell and work to targets are also required. CeMAP/FPC is desirable but not essential.
Job Salary: £16,500 - £19,055
Job Type: Full Time - annualised hours, approx 35 per week
