New Range of Fixed and Tracker Mortgages

Stroud & Swindon, the 14th largest Building Society in the UK, has today unveiled a range of new mortgage products.

These new products include a range of fixed rate mortgages as well as a two year tracker.   All of these products are available via Stroud & Swindon’s website, branches or telephone and benefit from having free legals and valuation for remortgages.

Product Details:

Type Offer Rate Details
Fixed Rate to 28/02/2010 5.75% 90% maximum LTV. Early redemption charge of 2% until 28/02/10.  £249 reservation fee, £349 product fee.
Fixed Rate to 28/02/2011 5.88% 90% maximum LTV.  Early redemption charge of 3% until 28/02/10 and 2% until 28/02/11.  £249 reservation fee, £200 product fee.
Tracker to 28/02/2010 5.89%
90% maximum LTV.  Rate is 0.39% above BBR.  Early redemption charge of 2% until 28/02/10.  £249 reservation fee, £250 product fee.
